I am pleased to say,
we had the best event ever in our company’s history, now allow me to tell you all why. From the opening on Sat at the Stomp Theater to Sunday night at Privé, every moment was incredible. The first incredible moment was when I asked to turn on the lights of the show room and I got to see my friends, the Distributors, for the first time after three months of using the new health products. Most I have seen before at past events, lots I have personally coached for many years. Anyone who was in my training knows, although we were selling dial up internet service or VOIP, one of my main topics always was good health and taking care of your body. This topic has always been a struggle for us; it did not matter how much I trained on this area, I have never seen any significant change from any of our Distributors. In fact, this was always a sore subject for us because when I interviewed them in the past about their health, most would have tears rolling down their face saying they have tried everything and nothing works.
Once the lights were on, I could not believe my eyes. Some I could not even recognize until I took a second look; their faces and bodies have all gotten thinner, WOW!!!! “Am I in the right place? Are these the friends I know?” What was so incredible was when I surveyed everyone in the room by asking them to stand if they have lost weight since using the products. The exercise was to keep standing as I was counting up starting from one pound lost on up. When I got to 5 lbs, approximately 80% of the room was still standing, at 10lbs approximately 40% of the room was still standing, at 15lbs approximately 25 people were still standing, at 20lbs approximately 20 people were still standing, at 30lbs approximately 10 people were still standing, at 40 lbs approximately 5 still standing, and finally at 50 lbs, 3 I personally know were still standing. This by far was the most incredible phenomenon I ever have witnessed. I am sure anyone who may be reading this would be skeptical…good thing I was not the only one in the room.
I am so proud of Amy Norckauer for doing such an impactful presentation, although this was her first time in such a large public setting, no one knew it. For sure Amy got her point across, otherwise the Distributors would not have responded the way that they did.
Many Distributors commented to me that they cannot wait to use YOR SuperGreens and would be proud to sell it because of the high ORAC value sitting at 13,474 per serving. The Distributors were shocked to know that the leading, pre-mixed anti-oxidant drink derived from acai, sold by an MLM company who made over $500 million last year, only has an ORAC value of 1027.
Another point the Distributors were excited about was that they saw how YOR Electrolytes has the same hydration capabilities than the leading brand which did 5 billion last year in sales. A clinical study showed that YOR Electrolytes was favored 2 to 1 over the leading brand for flavor, hydration and electrolyte replacement. The Distributors were most impressed with YOR Electrolytes because ours is an alkalizing hydration formula that helps to balance the body’s natural pH level to restore balance and counteract harmful acidity in the body.
I’ve overheard Distributors talking about how excited they are because we have science behind us. They are encouraged to sell products that have been tested, proven, and are able to quantify through comparisons using ORAC values and clinical studies.
Then came Dr. Couey…everybody, including myself, thought Dr. Couey would be very boring. Some even thought this would be a good time to take a break and use the restroom. When they returned, they thought for sure there was a whole different speaker up there because they heard laughter. It was actually Dr. Couey that was teaching the cutting edge science/technology in nutrition and made it a joy to listen to. He was super entertaining and humorous and knew exactly how to explain basic science and apply it to everyday life. What was so exciting for the Distributors was that they never expected someone so intelligent and understanding of science, to be so entertaining. Dr. Couey gave us the understanding of how enzyme supplements can be so helpful to our health. Dr. Couey really impacted everyone; he left the Distributors anxious to try, buy and sell the new Enzymes. I personally found Dr. Couey to be a master teacher…AMAZING.
Our third speaker was, 1987 Heisman Trophy winner, former Oakland Raider, and future Football Hall-of-Famer, Tim Brown!!! His testimonial of the Enzyme products was unbelievable; if it came from any other person, you probably would not have believed it. It was so outrageous, but given that it was Mr. Tim Brown, we all know and respect that he would not blow smoke in anybody’s eyes. Tim Brown’s presence penetrated everybody and his speech was very believable for every one of us. I would like to thank him for taking the time to come to our event and spend some of his time with us.
Next we had Dr. McColgan. Dr McColgan is a Bariatric Surgeon and more importantly, he is the Chief Science Officer of YOR Scientific Advisory Board. His voice and presence was calming and soothing, like a father who embraces the mission and vision of YOR Health and all the products that we currently have and are launching. A significant fact about Dr. McColgan is that out of EVERYBODY in the Company, he has lost the most weight by using our products…60 lbs!!! Not only does he believe in and use our products, he puts all his post gastric bypass patients on the MRP. As Chief Scientific advisor, Dr. McColgan is helping YOR put together a real Scientific Board, made up of medical doctors, basic science doctors and nutritional doctors. Dr. McColgan ensured everybody that “when you see our products, you will know you have the best science behind you.”
Following Amy, Dr Couey, Tim Brown, and Dr. McColgan, we had the Founder’s Council (FC) come up and tell us about themselves. Each member of the FC told us a very honest, compelling story of some sort of struggle in the beginning and how they overcame their fears and challenges. The FC had everyone in silence as each person in the room related to at least one member. In fact, my personal friend, a husband and wife team brought their daughters into the auditorium during the FC speeches. They did not think that their 17 and 18 year old daughters would stay, but to their surprise, they sat down for the next 3 ½ hours captivated by the message that was given.
Everybody from the Distributors to the FC, the employees to Dr. Couey, Tim Brown, and Dr. McColgan were amazed with the event. Each and every one of us involved knew that this was history in the making. I wish you were there. For those that missed it, we will have clips available for viewing online.
Our Awards Dinner at Privé was fantastic. The hottest night club was all ours for the whole night. The testimonials presented were so heartfelt. They told of past pain and suffering that blossomed to overwhelming joy. Each person that gave a testimonial found a new body, new health, new confidence, and new happiness in their life. Then we gave out awards and recognition. Each of the winners within each position was so well deserved. If not for these leaders, there would be no way that this company or event would even exist…Well deserved! Then we were off…celebrating the night away
