Presentation Overview

  • You have in your body, depending on your size, anywhere from 80 – 100 trillion cells.

  • In your cell you have over a hundred thousand chemical reactions that occur each second.  For this to happen you’ve got to have twenty thousand different enzymes and enzymes are a key to health.

  • The key to health is the homeostasis of the chemistry within our cells. If you want to be well, then you’re going to have to get your chemistry in a normal range. That is the key to life, that’s your bottom line, and when I see patients I treat their chemistry. And that’s exactly what you’re going to be doing with these supplements and things that you’re giving. You’re going to change their chemistry, if you have abnormal chemistry you will be sick I don’t care how far you run, how strong you are, or what.

  • Now nutrition, which is what you’re in, nutrition, can be defined as eating the twenty seven chemical elements and forty five nutrients in their proper amounts. You’ve got to eat these particular chemical elements in their proper amounts.

  • Enzymes play a big role in breaking these chemical elements down.  Enzymes can break down the only three food substances that make energy: carbohydrates, fats, and protein. Those are the only three things that make energy.  Vitamins and minerals contribute as coenzymes and help the enzymes break the food down.

  • The next thing we’ve got to look at is every cell has got to get rid of its waste. The cell of people who eat the wrong foods, don’t exercise, or don’t drink enough water starts forming a substance called Lipofuscin.

  • I call it the aging pigment, because if it starts accumulating in the cell then the enzymes can’t get within the cell to do their work.  If we don’t get this waste (Lipofuscin) out we’re going to age much quicker.

  • The key digestive enzymes are:
        - Lipases to break down your fats
        - Proteases to break down your proteins
        - Amylases to break down your carbohydrates

You’ve got to have all three of those enzymes

  • We need a good probiotic to really keep the good bacteria in our colon. We are not eating the right foods, and its changing the bacteria in our colon from the good bacteria to the bad.

  • We are going to get our bodies and our cell’s chemistry correct so we can be the best Americans possible! Thank y’all, very much!
